Unlike using a spray, baiting offers an ant control solution that gets to the heart of the nest.
Sprays just kill the ants that find it. They walk on it, absorb the insecticide and then die.
But with Maxforce ant bait you have their "domino topple" effect where the ants that are out foraging for food (which is only about 10% of the colony) find the bait, eat it, convert it to liquid and return it to the nest where they regurgitate it and share it with the other ants - the queens, the workers, the breeders, the young and the old.

When you put out ant bait be sure to:
- Put out a small amount, with ant bait a little goes a long way, remember you're feeding ants not elephants
- Check back on a regular basis and re-bait areas where the ants still have a trail but have consumed your previous dose
- Track down and bait each ant trail you can find - they might not all be coming from the same nest
- Don't get too close to the nests - some ant species will detect your presence and divide the nest for safety, leaving you with more ant nests than you started with - the beauty of baits is that the ants will take it back to the nests for you
